Hey Frankie, thanks for contributing to the conversation! It’s imperative now more than ever to learn how to focus and really take control of our own minds and bodies~

Cheers

"In other words, the commodity of the modern day is attention....although we may be facing a worldwide situation in which we tend to feel scattered and disconnected, it is indeed within our reach to return to health and harmony, shaping our lives as the artists and creatives we truly are."

Brother of another mother, I must say I do like the words you are laying down on the page. Many roads lead us towards a higher quality of living - neuroplasticity is key along with the mirror neurons we are equipped with. Habit, routine and who and what we put ourselves in relatin to are key - and too many key(s)(boarding) activities as you relay are not healthy for us.

I've just got here so I'd love to hear more about the progress that Aaron O'She is paying witness to? No rush in good time as they say.

In other words, great write-up Max! Well done.

Thank you, sir~

I truly believe that our internal world is our greatest source of happiness. This is why I am in the field of psychotherapy ~

As for growth, I’ve stayed consistent at posting weekly for the last 8 months. It’s truly been beautiful to see my own progress, and make these wonderful connections on Substack!

Cheers, friend~
